After the birth of my second baby I needed a simple workout program that would keep me moving and help re-establish fitness routines in my life. Peace Force was perfect! 6 months of increasingly more challenging workouts coupled with meditation. The differences were visible after only a couple months and the long-lasting habit formation helped me keep the discipline ball rolling.

My Big 3

The three habits I come back to when life feels out of balance:

 

1. Quiet Time

(Almost) Every morning starts the same way: coffee, quiet reflection & prayer, reading and preparing for the day.

2. Healthy Eating

The details have varied but the value has stayed the same: what I put into my body determines what I get out.

3. Exercise

Just keep moving, just keep moving...
